Trusted Collaborators

Because sometimes (most of the time!) two, three,
four or more heads are better than one.

Complex, multi-faceted client engagements call for teams with diverse expertise, who can design and deliver customized solutions.

I have never relied on cookie-cutter approaches and I don’t shy away from messy situations. I want the people and organizations I serve to thrive. Sometimes, this means pulling together a team of professionals to do the job.

Below, I am excited to introduce a group of talented, creative and experienced professionals  who are my trusted collaborators. They offer not only deep expertise in their areas of practice, but they are also committed to building strong client relationships rooted in trust, honesty and compassion. We’ve already accomplished some amazing things together - and I know we will keep doing so!

Sarah Picard,
OBM | Picard VA Services

I have worked with clients in: Ottawa, Toronto, Kitchener, Nanaimo and Vancouver, Canada

How I can help: I am an Ottawa-based online business manager specializing in project management, co-facilitation, and business communications. Before founding Picard VA Services in 2015, I worked with a not-for-profit respite care home for nearly a decade, managing and supervising a team of DSWs, nurses, and caregivers. I also facilitated and implemented a core competencies pilot project within the organization and was responsible for leading a series of training as part of the roll-out of core competencies to multiple other healthcare organizations throughout Ontario. Infusing these skills into my own business, for the last seven years, I have supported not-for-profit businesses and social entrepreneurs in their mission to care for people, create change, and build communities across Canada.

The values that guide my work: As I strive to work with those who are creating change in the world, my business is grounded in authenticity, compassion and community. If I have done my job right, my clients can work within their wheelhouse of genius, to best serve their community.

Hannah Beach,
Professional Facilitator & Trainer

I have worked with clients in: the Yukon, Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia. Internationally, I have worked with clients in Slovakia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

How I can help: For more than 25 years, I have delivered workshops, experiential facilitation, and creative group experiences that bring people together and transform cultures. Whether I am working with corporate groups, educators, or community organizations, my process is rooted in a deep understanding of relationships and psychological safety. I curate immersive, innovative, and uniquely tailored team-building experiences that engage participants and result in them getting to know each other and connecting in profound ways. I also specialize in designing and facilitating experiential approaches to employee, volunteer and community engagement, with a particular interest in supporting organizations to learn about and better meet the needs of their clients and service users.

The values that guide my work: I am a big believer in embracing mistakes (not just forgiving them) as a means to discovering all that is possible. I am a feminist, enjoy authentic people and think kindness matters.

My work is rooted in developmental science and an understanding that lasting change requires us to look beyond surface behaviors to their root causes. I believe that we cannot ever truly thrive in isolation. True thriving happens in the context of connection, community and relationship, which are the essence of being human. Therefore, in order to create meaningful change, we must approach change processes in the most human way possible.

Christine Pothier,
Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, Wayscape

I have worked with clients in: Ottawa and Montreal

How I can help: I want people to want to work. This calls for bolstering organizational culture, removing systemic and structural barriers to employee contributions, and strengthening leadership. I work with leaders who understand the path to success is with people. I offer strategy actualization, change management, and project planning services. My human-centric and cross-discipline approach is at the source of my effectiveness.

The values that guide my work: I’m inspired by the art of the possible. I love getting to the deep structures of a problem because within that deep structure, there’s always a solution. I’ve learnt to embrace my beginner’s mindset. Pivots, whether intentional or accidental, allow me to repurpose from different fields to draw insights or create solutions. Speaking of creativity, I love combining elements in their raw form to introduce something impactful. This can mean taking words to create a powerful story; combining disparate pieces of information to create insight; or playing with ideas to create a solution.
